Technically there is no problem if you want to supply MS Word files. But because there are additional checks to be performed, due to possible changes in the text, plus generating the PDF, these results almost always creates additional costs charged to the client.

With a word processor, a common problem is shifting of text, depending on the computer where the file is opened. There is no guarantee that your document opening in our studio will look the same as on your computer, so you understand that additional checks are needed.

Your MSWord document should therefore preferably be supplied as a pdf file, made on your own computer. In pdf format no unwanted text shifts can occur. This will make the printed book exactly like the pdf that you provide. A not unimportant detail.
