How to deliver your files

Below an overview of the different ways you can send big files, in order of recommendation:

Through this website, the upload tool makes it possible for multiple files to be uploaded simultaneously, up to 100 MB per session to upload.
As an attachment to an e-mail, about 4 mb max.
On USB stick, USB disk, CD-ROM or DVD

For reasons of efficiency it is preferable to transfer files via the uploadtool .

Sending files through the upload tool does not automatically ensure that your book goes into production. Please contact us after uploading.If none of the above methods are practical for you, please contact our helpdesk (043-3545100) for advice.
