The files for the cover, thesis and invitations should be delivered simultaneously. If one of the files missing, we can not start producing the book. In a dissertation printed in sheetfed offset, one or two free invitation cards are printed together with the cover, on the same piece of paper. The files of these invitations should therefore be sent simultaneously with the cover. In a digitally printed book, there is room to print 1 card only, in bookmark format. If more invitations are required, it is no problem to print extra, but will incur additional costs to you. The size of the cards is free, as long as it fits on the printing sheet with the cover. Consider that the card should not be bigger than the book. Frequently used sizes are 60mm x 230mm (bookmark), or 160mm x 95mm. Both can be either vertical or horizontal. For invitations, please take into account the same criteria as for the cover, such as bleed and ink coverage.
