When you have finished the files for the cover and pages, you can use our website to send them to us. Go to "Upload file" in the left menu.
After reviewing the files, we print a test., which is provided to you.
You can come by at our office to check this test print, or we can send it to you by regular mail.
When time is especially short, we will email the print-ready pdf file to you, for you to check thoroughly.
The printing process will not be initiated until the printerproof is accepted by the client.
During your proofing visit, a confirmation of your order will be created and presented to you. This order contains, in addition to all production data such as circulation, size, paper choice, etc.,: - The delivery address; - The agreed delivery date; - If applicable, the address where the pressproofs will be sent; - Billing address.
This order confirmation is also an overview of the total costs, and needs to be endorsed by you.
After delivery you will receive the final invoice with a payment period of 14 days.
